PROS: We enjoyed our stay although it’s only for 1 night. We tried to extend for another day but they were fully booked. The place is nice, rooms are clean & spacious with a good view of the Taal Lake. We had a relaxing massage we booked in their Spa after a day of swimming. We also enjoyed our dinner and drinks at terraza restaurant mainly because of the live music and very accommodating & friendly staff. CONS: The place was a bit busy & noisy as there were a lot of guests. This place,apparently,is a popular venue for some company’s team building, so expect lots of busses and employees/ guests doing team building activities, lots of people in the swimming pool & in restaurant (especially during breakfast).There are some amenities (ex billiards & darts) that you won’t be able to use if there is a company team building booked for the day (as they prioritise those guests), which I think is unfair as we are all paying guests and it’s included on what we paid and there’s no one using them at that time. Wifi connection is extremely poor! We used our mobile data all throughout our stay. TV didn’t work at all. We have to call the staff, about 4 times before finally someone came to check but still didn’t make the TV work. Front desk need more staff; there’s always a long queue of people & it takes time before staff will be able to attend to you

It was my first time booking through 訂房網站, and I was disappointed. I requested a room near the pool, but we were assigned to the far end of the area, right next to the road. It was very noisy, and we couldn’t sleep well — especially since I was traveling with a child. We even had to drive just to get to the pool. It’s technically walkable, but it’s quite a long walk.

Our time at Club Balai Isabel was nothing short of amazing. The serene atmosphere, breathtaking lake views, and well-maintained amenities made it a perfect place to rest and recharge. We felt so welcomed by the accommodating staff, and every detail—from the rooms to the service—made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was a great opportunity to pause, reflect, and enjoy meaningful moments together. Truly a memorable experience we’ll cherish and gladly return to.

The receptionist is not friendly the girl that saw us going in ignored me maybe because of what I wear which is oversized sized shirt and shorts, his colleagues is nice but they don't know how to explained like they don't know they're working stuff, the y didn't consider that we have kids even though upon booking we specifically put the we have kids. They still put us in a bit far villa we agreed because they say the there is e cart but apparently the exact never go to that place. There is no specific point to point area where can the e cart will pick u up. The noise policy was never strictly followed
